汽轮发电机组轴系扭振物理模拟及测试分析软件

【摘要】 介绍了5kW动态模拟扭振发电机组轴系结构设汁、轴系扭转固有特性计算和机组轴系扭振测试分析软件包TVAP—M的设计。TVAP—M软件包具有进行扭振信号采集、快速付里叶变换、相关与功率谱分析和频率响应分析等功能。在该模拟机上进行了扭振试验,试验表明:机组轴系扭振物理模型完全达到预想的要求;TVAP—M软件包运行准确可靠。

【Abstract】 A 5kW simulated generator is changed to a new one by remanufactured some parts of its shaft on the basis of the analysis of its torsional vibration properties. A software package(TVAP—M) used toanalyse torsional vibration properties of a shaft is made, which can perform a lot of functions, such as time—domain sampling, fast Fourier transform, correlation and power spectral analysis, frequence response function analysis and vibration model shape. A set of experiments is finished and the result shows that the new set of generator is useful in a mechnical——power system coaction experiment and the TVAP——M software package is practical and precise.
