送风系统振动问题的研究
THE RESEACH ON FAN-DUCT SYSTEM VIBRATION OF NO.9 BOILER OF NO.1 BEIJING THERMO-POWER PLANT
【摘要】 北京热电总厂所属第一热电厂9~#炉送风机和风道系统长期以来存在着严重的振动问题。本文在大量测试和分析的基础上,确定了振动原因,是由于风机出现了脱流,且脱流导致空气动力场的脉动频率和风机风道的局部固有频率一致产生了共振.根据这一结论所提的减振措施在现场验证性试验中取得了预期的效果.
【Abstract】 A study.has been made for reasons of the fan-duct system vibration of No.9 boiler furnace of Beijing No. 1 Thermo—powerplant. According to a number of experimental data, it is indicated that the rotating stall and resonant vibration are the main reasons of fatigue damage of the fan cassings and duct plates. Some methods of eliminating the vibration were suggested and verified by the experiments.
