电厂循环冷却水钼系水处理剂开发的实验研究

【摘要】 研究了用于电厂循环冷却水处理的钼系水处理剂的缓蚀阻垢性能。采用二次回归组合正交设计和静态实验的方法,考查了水质及各配伍药剂对缓蚀、阻垢效果的影响,并进行了初步筛选,从而为模拟电厂循环冷却水运行实验打下基础.

【Abstract】 The corrosion inhibition and scale prevention ability of molybdated-based water treatment agents used in cycling cooling water system of power plants is studied in this paper. The effects of water quality and the ingredients on the effectiveness of corrosion inhibition and scale prevention are investigated by using quadric regression composite orthogonal design and static tests. The formulae are screened, which provides the basis for conducting the dynamic simulating tests.
