【摘要】 本文以大平2号蚯蚓为材料,制作了纤溶酶纤维蛋白水解活性测定曲线及纤维蛋白溶酶原浓度选择曲线,确定了酶活的最佳测定范围扣测定条件。测定结果表明:大平2号蚯蚓所产生的纤溶酶具有很强的纤维蛋白水解活性和纤维蛋白溶酶原激活活性,是一种很有希望的溶栓药物。更多还原

【Abstract】 The determination curves of fibrinolytic activity and plasminogen-activating activity for earthworm Daping 2 are described. The best determination condition and range are decided.
