【Abstract】 The suitable gas proportion in gas mixture and the optimum procedure parameters are chosen from experimental results as gas metal arc welding process is used for dissimilar metal welding. A huge dissimilar metal hydraulic turbine with diameter 8 meters, the maximum blade thickness 220 mm has been welded successfully while adopting Ar₅％CO₂ gas metal arc welding process.更多还原
