热锻模堆焊焊条的研制及应用
DEVELOPMENT AND APPLICATION OF ELECTRODE FOR HOT-DIE HARDFACING
【摘要】 研制了一种可在中高碳合金钢上不采用任何措施进行堆焊;堆焊层硬度较低,切削加工性能良好;堆焊层在500℃以下时效后,其硬度和耐磨耐疲劳性极大提高的焊条。用研制的焊条修复和制造的热锻模比5CrNiMo和8Cr3整体制造的热锻模的使用寿命成倍提高。
【Abstract】 A special hot-die hardfacing electrode is developed which is used for hardfacing process on medium and high carbon steel without any measure to be taken; lower hardness of surfacing layer with better machinability and the hardness and wear resistance is increased greatly after aging treatment at 500℃ etc. The electrode is applied to repair and manufacture hot-die successfully, The life time obtained is times higher than that manufactured with 5CrNiMo and 8Cr steels.
