【Abstract】 A special hot-die hardfacing electrode is developed which is used for hardfacing process on medium and high carbon steel without any measure to be taken; lower hardness of surfacing layer with better machinability and the hardness and wear resistance is increased greatly after aging treatment at 500℃ etc. The electrode is applied to repair and manufacture hot-die successfully, The life time obtained is times higher than that manufactured with 5CrNiMo and 8Cr steels.更多还原
