【摘要】 本文提出了新观点——呼吸困难可存于胃疾病中。并对111例胃疾病与呼吸困难的关系,以及呼吸困难伴随的胸痛、神经精神症状进行了观察分析,对胃疾病中出现呼吸困难在性别方面、胃炎与溃疡病之间的差异进行了对比。结果显示类叹息样呼吸的呼吸困难存于大多数胃疾病中,女性>男性,胃炎>溃疡病。本文并对胃原性呼吸困难的特点、产生机制和治疗进行了讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 The author submits a new conception that dyspnea may present in the gastrosia. 111 patients were observed and the relation of gastrosia and dyspnea, the chest pain and neurophychopathy symptoms accompanied with dyspnea were analysied. The differences between dyspnea presenting in gastrosia and sex, gastritis and peptic ulcer were compared. The results show that dyspnes similar to sigh breath presents in most gastrosia, in that cases female>male (P<0.01), gastritis>peptic ulcer(P<0.01). The feature, mechanism and treatment of the gastrogenic dyspnea were also discussed.更多还原
