胸液中腺苷脱氨酶活性与T淋巴细胞亚群关系的探讨

【摘要】 通过对16例结核性胸液,19例癌性胸液及13例其它病因胸液进行ADA及T细胞亚群检测,结果表明,结核性胸液ADA含量明显高于癌性胸液和其它病因胸液。结核性胸液CD3+与癌性胸液无显著差异(P>0.05),而略高于其它病因胸液(P<0.05),CD4+,CD6+细胞百分数及CD4+/CD6+比值三组间无显著差异,(P>0.05),胸液ADA与CD2+、CD4+、CD6+细胞百分数及CD4+/CD6+比值均无相关性,提示结核性胸液中ADA增高主要是胸膜结核活动病灶中T细胞增殖并增加释放ADA至胸液中所致。

【Abstract】 The ADA and T-Iymphocyte subsets in phural fluid were determined in 16 cases of tuberculous phuritis, 19 cases of malignant pleural effusion and 13 cases of other origins. The results showed that ADA activity in pleural fluid was significantly higher in the tuberculous group than in the malignant group or other the origins group. The percentape of CD3+ T cells in pleural fluid did not show any statistically significant differences between the tuberculous group and the malignant group but was slightly higher in the tuberculous group than in the other origins group. The percentages of CD4+ and CD8+ T cells and CD3+/ CD8+ T cells ratio in pleural fluid did not show any statistically significant differences between the tuberculous group,malignant group and the other origins group. ADA activity was not correlative with the percentages of CD3+ and CD3+ T cells and CD3+/CD8+ T cells ratio in the pleural fluid. The results suggest that increase of ADA activity in tuberculous pleural fluid may be due to the proliferation of T-lymphocytes in tubercullous pleuritis lesion and the increase of ADA released from the pleural T-lymphoeytes into pleural fluid.
