【Abstract】 Xylan consisted in bagasse can be transformed into xylose by hydrolysis then changed into xylitol by electrolysis.This paper reports the determin- ation of xylose and xylitol in hydrolytic solution and electrolytic solution by HPLC.The separation conditions of xylose,xylitol,glucose and sucrose are also investigated.Results indicate that the method is simple and fast, suitable for the monitoring in technological process.更多还原
