三维晶体中刃位错引起的相变理论及其实验验证

【摘要】 基于Kostenlitz和Thouless的缺陷引起的相变理论,本文研究三了维晶体中刃位错引起的熔化理论。考虑到熔化总是发生在固体表面这一实验事实,文中导出了晶体表面相变温度TSC作为晶体理论熔点。所引用的9种晶体的实验数据表明,TSC与各晶体实验熔点Tm的相对误差均小于34%,处于本文理论的误差估计范围之内。

【Abstract】 Based on the theory of defect-mediated phase transition of Kosterlits and thouless, the theory of melting caused by edge dislocations-mediated in three dimensions is studied. Considering the melting always takes place at the surface of the crystals that this paper presents the surface phasetransitional temperature Tsc is thought as the theoretical melting point. Comparing the transitional temperature with the melting temperature T_m of 9 kinds of metal crystals, the deviation is less than 34%. These results are within the limit of errors estimated by the theory described in this paper.
