【摘要】 本文对54例(60耳)突发性耳聋患者作了声阻抗测试分析。发现在鼓室压、鼓室图型以及静态声顺值等方面均与正常组无显著性差异;但在同侧镫骨肌声反射阈值方面明显高于正常组(P<0.05)。同时发现在突发性耳聋中出现了同侧镫骨肌声反射的反向曲线,其出现率为88.33％。作者初步认为可根据这一声阻抗测试特点客观地辅助诊断突发性聋。更多还原

【Abstract】 An analysis of tympanometry in 54 cases(60 ears) sudden hearing loss(SHL) patients was reported in this study. The results revealed that there were no significant differences in tympanic pressure, types of tympanogram and static compliance between patients and normal controls. But the threshold values of ipsilateral acoustic stapedius reflex of SHL patients were significantly higher than normal control group. The incidence of inversion curve of ipsilateral stapedius reflex among SHL patients was as high as 88.33%, significantly different from normal controls, conductive hearing loss and neural hearing loss patients. We conclude that inversion curve may be useful in objective diagnosing of SHL.更多还原
