【摘要】 我们组织人员于1986年月～1992年5月在贵阳市两城区开展了死因抽样调查,结果表明居民死亡率为6.47‰,循环系统疾病居各类死因之首位,肺癌居恶性肿瘤死亡之首位,平均寿命为69.31岁,去除第一位死因循环系统疾病后可望增加寿命3.64岁。更多还原

【Abstract】 The death rate of resident in Guiyang City was 6.47‰. during 1986—1991.The diseases of circulatory system were the first cause of death and it’s mortality was 193.37/100000.Among the malignant tumors, lung cancer was the first cause of death and the mortality was 27.36/100000.The death rate of lung cancer for mates (40.81/100000) was 4.03 times higher than that for females (10.62/100000) The average life of the whole resident population was 69.31 years.The female’s average life(7l.77) was higher than that of male’s (67.32) and the male’s life can be expected to rise by 3.15 years if the death cause of circulatory system disease is excluded.On the other hand, the female’s life can be expected to inerease 4.10 years if the first death cause is excluded.更多还原
