【摘要】 对我院942例住院病人医院感染现况调查表明,医院感染现患率为11.78％,感染部位以下呼吸道感染及伤口感染较为突出,易感因素与医院感染的发生具有显著性意义,严格掌握侵入性检查的适应症,注意无菌操作及合理使用抗生素对预防医院感染可起到积极的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The epidemiological survey on 942 in-petiants showed that the prevalence rate of hospital infections in the hospital was 11.78%. The two highest were in the general ward (32.5%) and in the respirtatory medical ward (29.79%). The lower respiratory tract and the wound were main regions of the infections. The utilization rate of antibiotic and antiseptic was 67.83% in 942 in-patients The highest was penicillin (43.2%). The next was gentamycin(18.78%). The survey suggested that susceptible factors have a significant effect on hospital infections.The primary disease, eg. hepato cirrhosis,tumor,are more important than others in the susceptible factors.It took a positive action for preventing hospital infections to heve a good grasp of indication of invasion examination, to pay attention to aseptic manipulation and to put antibiotic to rationel use. The result of the epidemiological survey was discussed in this paper.更多还原
