【摘要】 本文采用WAIS—RC对101例成人癫痫患者与84例正常成人进行智能对照研究。癫痫患者言语智商、操作智商、总智商、言语理解因子、知觉组织因子、记忆不分心因子及11项分测验得分均明显低于对照组,其中智能缺陷占45.55％。文中还采用多元回归分析探讨了可能影响癫痫患者智能的因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 The WAIS-RC performence was investigated in 101 adult epileptic patients with seizures and 84 normal controls, enrolled in a casecontrol study. In the study group, VlQ, PIQ, FIQ, VC, PO, MF and 11 subtests scares were significantly lower than those in the control group. The proportion of intelligence deficiency (IQ<70) in the study group was 45.55%. Summarized according to the multiple regression analysis,the factors affecting the 17 intelligence indices of the epileptic patients were multiple, including disease factors and non-disease factors. They were arranged in the affected degrees from great to small:degrees of education,occupation,type of seizures, number of antiepileptic medications taken, EEG changes, sex, duration between the last seizures and the performence of WAIS-RC test, duration of seizures, the time of seizures,age at onset of seizures,frequency of seizures and years of antiepileptic medications taken.更多还原
