镍生产厂矿作业环境卫生监测

【摘要】 作为镍冶炼工肺癌病因研究课题的组成部分,对四个镍生产厂矿作业环境进行了卫生监测。共获得空气监测数据2723个,其中:镍1326个;共存的金属与类金属1047个;刺激性气体322个;多环芳烃28个。结果表明:空气镍浓度高的作业场所均为从事火法加工的冶炼和熔化工序;共存金属浓度很低;二氧化硫浓度较高,波动大;硫酸雾仅见于镍电解精炼工序;多环芳烃检出了10种。对所获数据进行了分析讨论。

【Abstract】 Environmental monitoring was conducted in four nickel manufacturing plants, as a part of the project of etiological study on lung cancer among nickel workers.The monitoring data were obtained from 2723 air samples in total .which included 1326 samples of nickel, 1047 of coexistent metals and metalloid, 322 of irritant gases and 28 of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons.The results showed that the highest air borne nickel concentrations were observed in smeltery and melting process in which fire smelting was carried out> the concentrations of coexistent metals were very low; sulfure dioxide was in a high level with obvious fluctuation; sulfuric acid fume could only be detected in operation of nickel electrolysis; and ten kinds of PAHs were detected. The data obtained were analysed and disccused.
