甲烷控制碳势的研究
Research on the carbon potential control by methane content
【摘要】 本文以非平衡条件为基础,以甲烷含量为控制参数,进行碳势控制的试验研究。在自制的QPH型红外线碳势自动控制的渗碳系统上进行,在该系统上采用甲醇+醋酸乙酯作渗剂。CH4参数自动控制,可使CH4%波动小于±0.03%、CO2%波动小于±0.03%,控制精度≥±0.03%,重现性≥99.95%。
【Abstract】 With the CH4 content as a controlling parameter and the reacting in unequilibrium, a experimental investigation of carbon potential control has been done on the carbonizing autocontrol system by means of a QPH-type self-made, infra-red instrument. In which, the CH3COOC2H5+CH4 plays as a carbonizing agent and the CH4 is as a controlling parameter. The results of test are:CH4 and CO2 fluctuations< ±0. 03% respectively, controlling accuracy≥±0. 03%, reappearance 99.95%.
