用高硅低品位铁矿石代替钢屑冶炼硅铁的试验
Tests on ferrosilicon-making by adding low grade, but containing high silicon, iron ore instead of steel chips
【摘要】 宁夏中卫县麦堆山铁矿石含硅高、品位低,不适宜直接用于高炉冶炼,在小型矿热炉上用这种矿石代替硅铁生产时需要加入的铁屑进行了试验,显示出可喜的应用前景。
【Abstract】 Iron ore from M. J. mountain in Ningxia Autonomous Region, having low grade but high silicon contained, are not suited for blast furnace smelting directly. A test has been done on the small submerged arc furnace for ferrosilicon smelting by adding such a ore instead of steel chips which kre usually used in ferrosiliooa making. The results of the tests has shown good prospects.
