双功能催化剂制取的氮/甲醇气氛应用研究

【摘要】 本文介绍了一种用双功能催化剂制取的氮/甲醇含成气氛。该气氛制备工艺简单,节省能源,甲醇低温裂解与普氮脱氧同步进行。适当调整氮气和甲醇的配比可以制成同吸热型相类似的气氛。适用于中高碳钢保护加热和低碳钢渗碳的载气。试验结果表明,该气氛可含有较多的H2和CO,具有高的碳传递系数,可以用于快速渗碳。作者还对换气量与碳浓度之间的关系进行了探讨。

【Abstract】 In this paper an atmosphere of N2/CH3OH made by a dual-function catalyst is introduced. This atmosphere has a simple making process, energy saving, and cracking the methanol in a lower temperature while deoxidising of industrial nitrogen. An appropriate ratio of nitrogen to methanol can make into an atmosphere somewhat similar to the endogas, that is as a protective atmosphere for heating of middle/high carbon steel or as a carrier gas for carbonizing of low-carbon steel. The gas has relatively high H2 and CO contents with higher carbon coefficient, can be used for fast carbonizing that has been proved by the tests.
