【摘要】 对50例溃疡性结肠炎经中医、辨证分为湿热、肝脾不和、脾虚、脾肾两虚、气阴两虚5型,分别给予自拟安肠汤内服,配合清热解毒、活血化瘀、消肿止泻中药保留灌肠;并以锡类散、黄连素加入0.5％普鲁卡因保留灌肠治疗25例为对照组。结果治疗组的治愈率及有效率高于对照组。经治疗前后免疫球蛋白的测定,治疗组治疗后IgM、IgG较治疗前明显降低(P<0.001)。其中15例经治疗前后的肠粘膜病理检查对比,说明临床症状与肠粘膜炎症的病理变化有密切关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 50 cases with ulcerative colitis in this article were divided into five types according to the differentiation of TCM. They are: damp-heat; incoordination between the Liver and spleen dificiency of spleen-qi; deficiency of spleen and kidney, deficiency of Qi and Yin. An Chang Tang Decoction was given to each type mentioned above for oral medication plus retention-enema as a supplemantary method with the herbs which had the function of clearing away the heat and toxic materials, promoting blood flow and eliminating blood stasis, diminishing swelling and stopping pain. In the control group with 25 cases, the mixture of Xi Lei San , berberine and 0.5% novocain was used for retertion-enema, The result shows that curative rate and effictive rate in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group. After the treatment, IgM, IgG in the treatment group are obviously lower than before (P<0.001). By comparing pathological examinations of enteric-membrane before and after the treatment, the result reveals that clinical symptons are closely related to the pathological changes of enteric-membrane. The findings have significant meanings to guide treatment and prevent the recurrence.更多还原
