掺Al2O3对Bi系微晶玻璃超导性的影响
EFFECT OF DOPING OF Al2O3 ON SUPERCONDUCTIVITY OF Bi-BASED GLASS-CERAMICS
【摘要】 用熔体快速淬冷法制备了Bi1.7,Pb0.3,Sr2Ca3Cu4AlxOy(x=0~2.0)玻璃系列。用差热分析、X射线衍射、扫描电镜和电阻测量等方法研究了掺入Al2O3对Bi(Pb)SrCaCuO系微晶玻璃的玻璃形成能力、工艺性能、生成的晶相和超导性的影响。结果表明:在Bi系玻璃中掺AL2O3后,玻璃的形成能力提高且工艺性能改善。适当的Al2O3含量并不影响2228相的形成。超导相为针状晶体。将x=1.5的玻璃拉制成纤维,经热处理后测得Tc为104K。这些结果对采用玻璃微晶化方法制备超导线材有参考价值。
【Abstract】 Glasses of Bi1.7Pb0.3Sr2Ca3Cu4AlxOy(x=0~2.0) are prepared by melt quenching method.The effects of doping amount of Al2O3 on glass formation, technical properties, crystal phases devitrified and superconductivity of Bi(Pb) SrCaCuO system are investigated by means of DTA, XRD, SEM and resistance measurement. The results indicate that in Bi system glasses the glass forming ability enhances and technical properties are improved by Al2O3 doping. The formation of 2223 phase is not affected by suitable Al2O3 doping amount. The superconducting phase is needle-like crystal. Some glass fibers are drawn from glass precursor with x=1.5, and the critical temperature T((?)) after heat treatment is 104K. These results are helpful to the manufacture of supercond ucting fiber by means of glass-ceramic.
