溶胶-凝胶法制备氧化钨电色薄膜

【摘要】 本文以同多酸钨为浸涂液主要原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了WO3·xH2O(x=0.2~1.3)非晶态薄膜.探讨了胶态钨酸在溶胶-凝胶转变过程中性质和结构的变化。扫描电镜表明,非晶态氧化钨膜是疏松多孔的。同时,X射线光电子能谱证实,非晶态WO3膜表层中O2-/W6+比为2.93。可以认为其网络结构是由[WO6]八面体以共角和共边方式联结.其间隙为三、四或六边形的隧道,这一结构特征对Li+的快速扩散是重要的。 结果表明,非晶态氧化钨薄膜在SnO2:Sb|WO3|LiClO4-PC|LixWO3|SnO2:Sb电色器件中可显示良好的电变色特性。

【Abstract】 Amorphous WO3.xH2O (x=0.2~1.3) electrochromic films have been prepared by the sol-gel method using isopolytungstic acid as the main starting material in the dip-coating solution. The variation in the properties and structure of colloidal tungstic acid during sol-gel trans-formation is investigated.SEM photographs show that only amorphous WO3 films are microporous. XPS confirms that the O2-/W6+ ratio near the surface of amorphous WO3 film is 2.93, which means the network structure of the film can be considered to be formed by WO3 octahedra linked by common edges and corners with channels of hexagonal as well as triangular and quadrangular shapes, which allow rapid ionic diffusion in a long distance.The results show that the amorphous WO3 film in the electrochromic device of SnO2:Sb|WO3|LiClO4-PC|Li?WO3|SnO2:Sb can appreciably exhibit the electrochromism.
