【Abstract】 Using interpolation technique it is possible to determine the image spots position with subpixel accuracy. After a brief introduction to several common used interpolation algorithms, their algorithm errors are investigated based on a Gaussian image spot model. By correcting the algothm error an even higher accuracy can be achieved. Above analyses are well verified by our experiments.更多还原
