【Abstract】 In this paper, we briefly introduce basic principle and the preparation of soft X-ray grazing planar mirror. The calibrating reflectance process are principally described. The scaling results are given. Finally, the planar mirror are used to measure sub-KeV X-ray spectrum of the laser-plasma interection. The spectrum measurement precision are improved.更多还原
