【Abstract】 The errors in the paper, "Full-Necessary Condition of the Independent Circuit," are pointed out. A new method of classification is presented. The independent circuit can be divided into two kinds, A and B. It is stated that all independent ircuits selected by the method available belong among the kind of A.
