Fe11TiY的晶体结构
The Crystal Structure of Fe11TiY
【摘要】 用粉末X射线衍射法测定了三元化合物Fe11TiY的晶体结构。该化合物属四方晶系,其点阵常数为a=8.154×10-10m。c=4.798×10-10m。空间群为D(4h/17)-14/mmm.属ThMn12结构类型。每个晶胞内含有2个化合式量,其中2个Y原子占据2(a)位置,22个Fe原子和2个Ti原子统计地占据8(f),8(i)和8(j)位置,原子位置的分布参数为X■=0.37,X■=0.27。
【Abstract】 The crystal structure of Fe11 TiY has been determined by means of X-ray powder diffraction. The unit cell is tetragonal with a=8.514 A and e=4.798 A at 25℃. There are two formula units per unit cell. The space group is D4h17-I4/mmm. The two Y atoms occupy 2(a) positions, the two Ti atoms and twenty two Fe atoms occupy 8(f), 8(i) and 8(j) positions with xi=0.37 and xi=0.27.
