Ni(Ⅱ)-HSA配合物LMCT谱带的计算机分峰
The Peak Decomposing of LMCT Spectral Bands of Ni(Ⅱ)-HSA Complexex With Computer
【摘要】 编制了一个分峰程序,用计算机对Ni(Ⅱ)-HSA配合物的LMCT谱带230～270nm范围内的宽峰成功地进行了Gauss拟合分解。该程序可应用于类似谱图的分峰。
【Abstract】 A procedure of peak decomposing has been established. Gauss imitating decompostion was undertaken successfully to the wide peak within 230～270nm of LMCT bands of Ni(Ⅱ)-HSA complexes with computer. This procedure maybe applied to peak decomposing of similar spectral bands.
