铝合金压铸模失效分析
Failure Analysis of the Die for Die Casting Aluminium Alloy
【摘要】 采用宏观分析、显微检验和硬度测定对压铸模进行了失效分析。结果表明,模具出现由热应力引起的疲劳裂纹和冶金缺陷引起的凹坑两种表面损伤。实践证明,采用高温淬火和中间消应力退火可显著提高其使用寿命。
【Abstract】 This failure analysis was performed by using macro check, micrography and hardness measurement. It was shown that there were two kinds of surface damages on the working surface of the die,i.e. the fatigue cracking caused by thermal stress and the hole caused by metallurgical defect. Experimental results showed that the service life of die can be improved evidently by using high temperature quenching and stress relief annealing.
