M2Al刀具TiN涂层的相组成与性能的研究

【摘要】 对M2Al钢成形刀具TiN涂层的相组成与性能进行了研究。试验及分析得出,在TiN涂层与基体之间存在一个过渡层。它是TiN涂层与基体结合良好的重要原因。加工轴承套圈的现场试用考核表明.经TiN涂覆的M2Al高速钢成形刀具刃磨一次的使用寿命比未涂覆刀具提高1倍,套圈的表面粗糙度Ra4.4降至Ra2.9、废品率和返修率减少38%,具有较大的经济价值和社会效益。

【Abstract】 The phase compositions and properties of deposited TiN layer on M2Al HSS gauge bit are studies. The experimental results show that there is a transition-layer between the TiN layer and the steel matrix, and the transition-layer has important influence on their bonding strength. The trial of TiN-coated M2Al gauge bit in a worksite indicates that the bit service life, for once resharpening, is two times as long as that of non-coated M2Al gauge bit for cutting bearing rings. And by using TiN-coated M2Al gauge bit, the roughness of bearing rings decreases from Ra4.4 to Ra2.9 and the rates of waste and do-over products are reduced by 38%. So it has economical significance and social benefit.
