磨球用低合金抗磨球铁的研究
A Study of Low-Alloy Wear-Resistant Nodular Cast Iron Used for Grinding Balls
【摘要】 研究了一种能用冲天炉生产的磨球用低合金抗磨球铁。通过添加少量硼、铬、锰等合金元素及采用一定的热处理手段,提高了碳化物的显微硬度,改善了碳化物的形态,使球铁的硬度达HRC54~60,冲击韧性达9.5~12J/cm~2,耐磨综合性能比中锰球铁显著提高。
【Abstract】 A kind of low-alloy wear resistant nodular cast iron for manufacturing grinding balls, being produced by cupola,is studied. Microhardness of carbide is raised through the addition of small amount of elements such as B, Cr, Mn etc,and shape of carbide is improved by certain heat treatment. This nodular cast iron has impact toughness of 9. 5~12J/cm2 and the hardness of HRC 54~60.
