一种新型光纤温度传感器原理的研究
Research on The Principle of A Novel Optical Fibre Temperature Sensor
【摘要】 本文首次提出一种独特、新颖的光纤温度传感器方案。它利用热双金属温度控制元件的转角随温度的变化,来实现对光纤接收光强的调制。在0~100℃的测量范围内得到良好的线性结果。利用本原理制成的传感器结构简单、性能可靠、成本低廉、使用安全,特别适用于易燃易爆环境,可望有较好的应用前景。
【Abstract】 A novel optic fibre teperature sensing scheme is presented firstly, which employs the principie,that the angles of heat double metal temperature control cells can change when temperature is changed.to modulate the intensity received by receiving optic fiber in this system.Satisfying linear results are obtained in a range of 0~100℃.Sensors with this scheme will have features such as simple configuration,reliable performance,lower cost, especially suitable for those circumstances easy to burn or to explode, therefore it is expected that the sensors using this scheme will have wide applicability.
