【Abstract】 High discriminability DLTS technique was used to study the influ-ence of magnetic field and light injection on deep level in Au-doped Si sample. The results show that the spectrum peaks move to low temperature and the FWHM of the DLTS Spectra is much wider comparing to that without magnetic field and light injection.
