【摘要】 本文调查分析了老年组47例,老年前组49例及正常壮年对照组40例受试对象耳垂血T淋巴细胞、T_H与T_S细胞百分比值与分布的变化情况。并对45岁以上细胞免疫异常者分两组,采用中医辨证,中药治疗与白细胞介素Ⅱ+a—干扰素治疗,对治疗结果进行了对比分析。结果表明,老年及老年前组T细胞、T_H与T_S异常十分明显,且呈随年龄增高而更趋严重之势。治疗可使这些异常回归正常。中药治疗具有同免疫调节剂、免疫增强剂相同的良好的治疗效果,但因诱导时间的存在使其显效所需时间稍长,因价廉、药源广且无毒副作用,是一种值得深入研究,推广应用的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this research,a group of 47 senile patients(over 60 years old),a group of pre-senile patients(49 cases,45-59),and a group of normal control subjects(40 people,30-44)were surveyed and analysed on the results of detection in T lymphocyte,helper T(TH)and suppressor T(Ts) lymphocyte. There were an obvious abnormal change in the senile group. And then the subjects who had the abnormal examined results were classfied into 2 groups randomly and treated with the Westen or the Chinese medicine (Interleukin -2 plusα-Interfreon or Chinese herbs’decoction respectively). The treating effects showed that the 2 theropies were both of beneficial efficiency except the effectual duration was defferent.更多还原
