Si3N4陶瓷注射成型的流变特性
Rheological Characteristics of Si3N4 Ceramic Injection Moulding
【摘要】 应用Instron-3211毛细管流变仪,对三种不同体系有机载体与Si3N4的混合物料的流变参数进行了测定与实验解析,通过回归分析,用计算机计算出非牛顿指数及粘流活化能,实验结果表明:在一定条件下,混合物料的流动行为可用幂律方程描述,其表观粘度随温度的变化规律符合Arrhenius方程,所用混料表现出良好的流动性和较小的温度敏感性,适宜陶瓷注射成型。
【Abstract】 By using Instron-3211 capillary rheometer, rheological parameters of the mixes, which consistof a sinterable silicon nitride powder and three different kinds of organic binder vehicle systemsrespectively were determied. Their Non-Newtonian index and flow activation energy were calculatedby means of regression analysis on the computer. The experimental results showed that flowbehaviour of the injection moulding mixes could be described by power law equation, and the rela-tionship of the temperature dependence of apparent viscosity fitted Arrhenious equation unedr fixedconditions. The mixes had good fluidity and low temperature dependence of viscosity, being suitablefor ceramic injection moulding.
