安哥拉山羊与陕北本地山羊级进杂交效果的研究
Studies on Upgrading Efficiency of Angora Goats to Local Goats in North Shaanxi
【摘要】 以安哥拉山羊为父本,陕北本地山羊为母本进行级进杂交,测定亲本与各代杂种羊的生长发育、生产性能和被毛纤维的主要物理性状。结果:随着级进代数的增加,无髓毛在被毛中的比例逐代提高,长度增加,直径变粗,产量提高;有髓毛则相反,比例下降,长度变短,直径变细,产量下降。F3周岁母羊无髓毛比例达96.96%±1.14%,有髓毛为3.04%±1.23%。有髓毛中的死毛比例为2.34%±0.82%,显著高于安哥拉山羊;毛丛长度21.63±3.35cm,单纤维伸直长度为26.40±3.28cm,直径22.64μm,产毛量1520±350g,净毛率80.46%±8.21%,均与安哥拉山羊差异不显著。但单纤维强度仅14.49±2.36g,显著低于安哥拉山羊所产马海毛的强度。认为F3的主要性状达到马海毛的质量要求。
【Abstract】 The upgrading scheme was conducted by taking Angora gaot as sire and local breed in north Shaanxi as dam. The measurements of the growth, development, performance and main physical properties of fleece fiber for the yearlings of each parent and each generation were made. The results showed that the non—medullated fibre in fleece ratio was gradually risen with the increase of upgrading generations, and the length was longer, the fiber diameter became thicker, and the yield was promoted. Inversly, the ratio of medullated hair was gradually declined, the length was shorter and the diameter became thiner, and the yield was decreased. To the yearling dams of F3 generation, the ratio of non-medullated hair was 96.96%±1.14%, the medullated hair was 3.04%±1.04%, these being not significantly different with Angora, but the kemp fibre content was 2.34%±0.82%, this being hither than Angora (P<0.01), the staple length was 21.63±3.35cm, the length extention of single fiber was 26.41±2.38cm and its diameter was 22.64±1.69μm, the average of greasy fleece mass was 1520±350g, the clean yield was 80.46%±8.21%, these being not significantly different with Angora. But the strength of single fiber was 14.49±2.36g, it was lower than Angora(P<0.01). It is suggested that the major properties of F3 generation basically reach to the level of pure Angora goat.
