河西灌漠土土壤氮素矿化势的研究

【摘要】 15个土样的短期好气培养试验表明:(1)灌漠土氮素矿化势No为260.3~392.4mg/kg,约占全氮的23.9%~34.4%。(2)两周矿化氮量N1与盆栽小麦的吸氮量、籽粒产量及相对产量具有极显著的线性相关关系,可以用2周矿化氮量N1作为土壤氮肥力指标。(3)N1与碱解氮之间具有良好的线性相关关系。因此,可以用碱解扩散法代替短期好气培养法,以确定土壤氮肥力指标。

【Abstract】 The short aerobic incubation experiment using 15 soil samples with different fertility was conducted. The results obtained were as follows: 1. the soil nitrogen mineralization potential, N0, on irrigated desert soil ranged from 260. 3 to 392.4 mg/kg, and constituted about 23.9~34.4% of total nitrogen of soil; 2. the amount of mineralization nitrogen for 2 weeks period, N1, showed a highly significant positive correlation with N absorption by wheat in potculture, grain yields and relative yields (Yp/Ynp 100%). N1 may be utilized as soil N fertility diagnosis index, but it is not the best ideal one; 3. measuring of N1 with biomethod requires a lot of labour and time, but in view of the positive correlation of N1 to hydrolyzable nitrogen(r=0. 7887,0. 8016), the hydrolyzable nitrogen may be used to take place of short aerobic incubation method in practice to determine soil N fertility diagnosis index.
