新红星苹果双相变动气调贮藏研究
Studies on Two-dimensional Dynamic Controlled Atmosphere Storage of Starkrimson Apple
【摘要】 以人工气调配气系统为半定量式气调手段,研究新红星苹果在变动温度与变动 CO2浓度的双相变气调条件下的果实品质和生理生化变化.结果表明,双变气调的最佳指标是:温度从10℃渐降至0℃,CO2从12%—15%渐降至3%,O2为3%.在此条件下,新红星苹果贮藏185d,果肉硬度高达7.2kg·cm-2.能明显地抑制呼吸、原果胶水解、乙烯合成和α—法尼烯生成.
【Abstract】 Starkrimson apple stored m different combinations of temperature and composition ofgas mixture was studied by using artificial CA system of half-quantitative.The gas condi-tions of two-dimensional dynamic controlled atmosphere storage(TDCA)were:O23%,CO215% in the first 30 days,decreased to 3% in the next 90 days and remained 3% in therest 65 days;And varied temperatures of the TDCA as follows:10-15℃ in the first 30days,decreased 1℃ every 2 days until 0℃,and remained 0℃ in the rest day.Resultsshowed that apples were stored in the TDCA for 185 days as best as the CA storage.Thequalities,physiological and biochemical changes were determined regularly.The flesh firm-ness of fruit was maintained more than 12 lb·cm2,the respiration,ethylene biosynthesis,hydrolysis of protopectin and α—ference were also inhibited markedly.
