凝固动态测试仪的研制及应用

【摘要】 研制了一种可测量8路温度信号的新型铸件凝固动态测试仪器。该仪器具有温度动态数字、曲线显示、测试结果表格、图形显示及打印功能。测试温度范围0~1350℃,精度为±0.5℃。凝固动态曲线测试结果表明该仪器测温准确,是铸造工业新型智能化测试仪器。

【Abstract】 A new type of meter to measure solidification dynamic process is developed, which is capable of measuring temperatures in 8 channels. The meter has the following functions :display of dynamic number and curve of temperature,as well as tables and curves of measuring results and printing. The range of temperature which can be measured by the meter is 0-1350℃ with accuracy of ±0. 5℃. The result of application of the meter shows that it is a new type of intelligent meter with satisfactory accuracy in foundry industy.
