【摘要】 对武威黄羊电站2~#机组增容技术改造后原配调速器的工作容量是否够用进行了论证;分析了该调速器的启闭方向与机组的启闭方向相反及开度限制机构失灵的原因,并作了相应的技术处理。通过水轮机调节系统大波动过渡过程的计算机辅助分析对厂方给定的关机时间作了调整,并在调速器上对新的关机时间进行了整定。经上述处理后,该调速器现工作正常,且完全满足了新机组的要求。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper,it is discussed whether the discharge capacity is sufficient for original speed governor of No. 2 hydraulic set which has been reformed for output enlargement in Huang Yang hydraulic power plant of Wuwei. The reason of open-shut direction of the speed governor being opposite to that of the hydraulic set and the reason of the gate limiting device being out of control are analyzed and the corresponding technical treatments are developed and carried out. Finally,by means of a computer aided analysis of the large amplitude transient process of governing system the shutting time of speed governor specified by the turbine manufacturer is adjusted and a new shutting time is set. After the reforms mentioned being finished, the speed governor not only Works orderly but also eompletely meets the re-quirement of the new hydraulic set.更多还原
