内壁不出现拉应力的组合凹模优化设计方法
A Optimum Designing Method of the Compound Female Dies Without Transverse Tension Stress on Inner Wall
【摘要】 以Lame公式为基础,应用极值原理导出了内壁不允许产生切向拉应力,外径d3固定的两层组合凹模的优化设计方法和步骤。讨论了加强圈材料满足优化设计的强度条件,对比了d3固定与不固定两种情况的差异,并指出了以往经验设计的不足。
【Abstract】 Based on lame’s formula and extreme value principle, a optimum designing method and procedure of the double compound female dies with fixed outer diameter and without transverse tension stress on the inner wall of the dies is derived. The strength condition of the reinforced rings required by the optimum designing is also discussed. The strength condition of the reinforced rings required by the optimum deszning is also discussed. The differences of two conditions with fixed and movable outer diameters are observed by comparison and some shortcomings of empirical designing method existing are also pointed out .
