【Abstract】 Based on lame’s formula and extreme value principle, a optimum designing method and procedure of the double compound female dies with fixed outer diameter and without transverse tension stress on the inner wall of the dies is derived. The strength condition of the reinforced rings required by the optimum designing is also discussed. The strength condition of the reinforced rings required by the optimum deszning is also discussed. The differences of two conditions with fixed and movable outer diameters are observed by comparison and some shortcomings of empirical designing method existing are also pointed out .更多还原
