含硼酸的氧化锆粉料中相变的X射线衍射分析
XRD Analysis of Phase Transformations in FSZ Powder Containing H3BO3
【摘要】 本文通过X射线衍射定性及定量地分析了在100~1100℃的加热过程中,含有一定量H3BO3的共沉淀FSZ粉料中相结构的变化。在100~800℃的过程中,共沉淀法制备的非晶态原料粉逐渐地转变为完全的晶态,该相变过程由于受脱水的影响,在500℃上下表现出不同的特征。加热温度高于800℃后,在该粉料中所掺的H3BO3使得FSZ失稳产生大量的单斜ZrO2。
【Abstract】 During the heating process ranging from 100℃ to 1100℃,the phase transformations in co-precipitated FSZ powder containing certain amount of H3BO3 were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively by means of XRD. During the range from 100~800℃. the amorphous powder was being changed gradually into cubic phase, because the effect of the water loosing process, this crystallization process had different characteristics at the temperatures lower or higher than.500℃. But after being heated beyond 800℃, the FSZ powder was destabilized and a lot of monoclinic zirconia was produced due to the 5wt% H3BO3in it.
