烧结温度对氧化锆电阻的影响
Effect of Sintering Temperature. on Resistance of Zirconia
【摘要】 本文用交流阻抗技术、SEM、EPMA、TEM及正电子湮没技术研究了烧结温度对掺有Al2O3的ZrO2的电阻的影响.电阻的测量结果表明,随烧结温度升高,ZrO2的晶界及总电阻逐步下降,进一步的研究揭示了产生这种现象的原因.随烧结温度升高,试样中Al元素逐步偏析于ZrO2晶界,并在晶界上形成高缺陷浓度的晶界相,这就是试样中电阻降低的原因。
【Abstract】 The effects of sintering temperature on the resistance of zirconia were studied by means of AC impedance technique. SEM, EPMA, TEM and positron annihilation technique. The resistance measurement showed that the total and the grain boundary resistance decreased with increasing sintering temperature, further studies . disclosed the reasons for producing this phenomenon. With increasing sintering temperature, Al in the samples was gradually segregated at the grain boundary, and a grain boundary phase with very high defect concentration was formed, these were the reasons for the decreasing resistance.
