【摘要】 本文应用日本山之内公司原料,桂林制药厂产品法莫替丁,治疗胃、十二脂肠溃疡31例,疗程四周中,总愈合率87.09％;总有效率96.79％。对主要症状与体征,如上腹疼痛、反酸、烧心、嗳气及上腹触痛的消除均达95％以上。认为法莫替丁具有疗程短、愈合率高、消除症状体征快、无毒副作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Thirty one cases of peptic ulcer were treated with famotidine, the treatment course is four weeks,the total healing rate is 87. 09% and the total effective rate is 96.79%. The elimination ratio of main symptoms,such as epigastralgia,acid regurgitation,heartburn,eructation;and signs, such as epigastric tenderness, were above 95% ,so famotidine is an ideal drug for peptic ulcer because of its advantages, such as short treatment course, high healing rate, fast disappearance of symtoms and no complications.更多还原
