【摘要】 本文参考Trottman的方法,测定ATP分解时无机磷释放的量,来间接表达心肌细胞ATP酶的活力。本实验结果表明,三七总皂甙、三七皂甙单体Rb₁和Rg₁均对心肌总ATP酶有抑制作用,但对Na⁺、K⁺—ATP酶的活力无明显影响,提示三七皂甙对心肌收缩性及自律性的影响是通过抑制心肌纤维肌球蛋白横桥(Mg²⁺)ATP酶而起作用的。三七总皂甙的主要有效成份是Rb₁。更多还原

【Abstract】 The effects of Panax notoginseng saponins （PNS）and purified saponin of Panax notoginseng Rb₁ and Rg₁ on guinea pig myocardial total ATPase and Na⁺, K⁺-ATPase were investigated. The activity of myocardial total ATPase were decreased respectively 40.4％,65.3％,and 10.2％ in the precence of PNS (0.15 mg. ml^-1),Rb₁(0.5 mg. ml^-1),and Rg₁ (0.75 mg. ml^-1),but the activity of myocardial Na⁺,K⁺-ATPase was not modified。更多还原
