大叶龙胆的染色体核型分析
Karyotype Analysis in Gentiana Macrophylla
【摘要】 本文报道了大叶龙胆(Gentiana macrophylla Pall)的核型公式为K(2n)=2X=26=2M+2m+2sm,核型为“2A”型,核型不对称系数为57.73%,染色体相对长度组成为2n=26=2L+12M2+10M1+2S,染色体总长度为28.34μm
【Abstract】 The present paper deals with cytological study of Gentiana macrophylla Pall. The number of somatic chromosomes in root-rips of seedings has beenfound to be 2n = 26,the karyotype formula of Gentiana macrophylla is K(2n) =2X=26 = 2M+22m+2sm,and belongs to"2A" of Stebbins karyotype symmetry. The unsymmetrical karyotype coefficient is 57. 73%.The species chromosome compositionof relative length is 2n = 26=2L+ 12M2+10M1+2S. The total length of the chromosome is 28. 34 μm.
