【Abstract】 The present paper deals with cytological study of Gentiana macrophylla Pall. The number of somatic chromosomes in root-rips of seedings has beenfound to be 2n = 26,the karyotype formula of Gentiana macrophylla is K(2n) =2X=26 = 2M+22m+2sm,and belongs to"2A" of Stebbins karyotype symmetry. The unsymmetrical karyotype coefficient is 57. 73%.The species chromosome compositionof relative length is 2n = 26=2L+ 12M2+10M1+2S. The total length of the chromosome is 28. 34 μm.更多还原
