【Abstract】 PHA and PMA were used to synergically stimulate peripheral blood lymphocyte of normal Chinesevolunteers; then, total RNA was isolated from these cells; after reverse-transcription (RT)-PCR, humanIL-9 cDNA without signal peptide encoding sequences was amplified and cloned into pUC19 at EcoR Ⅰ,Hind Ⅲ sites.
