钨镁酸铅-锆钛酸铅复合弛豫铁电陶瓷介电老化行为的研究
Research on Dielectric Aging Behaviours of Lead Magnesium Tungstate-Lead Zirconate Titanate Complex Relaxor Ferroelectric Ceramics
【摘要】 研究了满足x7R标准的钨镁酸铅-锆钛酸铅复合弛豫铁电陶瓷的恒温介电老化行为,发现室温下该材料的老化表现出很快达到稳定、介电常数下降幅度大的特点,并且老化的程度与老化温度有关。室温老化使介电常数-温度谱图上出现鞍形下凹而呈现双峰,并由此而影响到材料的电容温度系数。
【Abstract】 The dielectric aging behaviours of lead magnesium tungstate-lead zirconate titanate (PMW-PZT)complex ferroelectric ceramics satisfying X7R standard were studied. It was discovered that this materialdemonstrated the following characteristics: it could reach stability rapidly; the dielectric constant showed anapparent decrease at room temperature and the degree of aging was related to temperature. Aging at roomtemperature could make a ε-T curve with dual peaks, thus influencing temperature coefficient ofcapacitance.
