定向凝固铸造Ni3Al基合金IC6——高性能燃气涡轮导向叶片材料
A DS Casting Ni3Al Base Alloy IC6 for Advanced Gas Turbine Vanes
【摘要】 介绍了最近研制的一种定向凝固铸造Ni3Al基合金IC6的合金成分,工艺方法,力学性能,微观组织和强化机理。
【Abstract】 An unidirectionally solidified casting Ni3Al base alloy named Alloy IC6 was developed recently for gasturbine blades and vanes. These materials can operate in the temperatur range of 1000-1100℃. Thechemical composition, processing technique, mechanical properties, microstructure and strengtheningmechanism of the alloy are briefly introducd.
