巴豆醛/2-乙烯吡啶共聚物的顺二羰基铑配合物的结构及性能研究

【摘要】 采用巴豆醛/2-乙烯吡啶共聚物为配体,对其与二氯四羰基二铑形成的配合物的结构与性能进行了表征。实验结果表明,该类配合物含有N→Rh、O→Rh两种配位键,为两种不同的顺二羰基铑配位单元。在相对温和的条件下,催化甲醇羰基化有着高的活性和优良的选择性,其催化活性随配合物中O→Rh配位键的增多而提高。

【Abstract】 A series of organic macromolecular rhodium complexes with crotonaldehyde (C)-2-vinyl pyridine (V)copolymers as ligands were prepared. Structure characteritics of the complexes with different copolymercompositions were determined by x-ray photoelectron spectroscoy (XPS) and infrared spectroscopy (IR).Two different coordinaion units in the complexes was found to exist. Experiments of methanolcarbonylation to produce acetic showed that the copolymer complexes demonstrate high catalytic reactivityand excellent selectivity in relatively mild reaction conditions, and that the catalytic reactivity increaseswith the growth of O→Rh coordination bonds in the complexes.In other words, activity of thecoordination unit-Ⅰ is much higher than that of the unit-Ⅱ.
