金刚石涂层的钛振动膜

【摘要】 用直流电弧等离子体喷射法在国内首次研制了多晶金刚石涂覆的球顶形钛扬声器高音振动膜。拉曼变换(Raman Shift)光谱、频响曲线分析证明,声学效果优于涂覆前,灵敏度比涂覆前提高3-6dB,频响范围向高端展宽5kHz,频响范围达到2.2-25kHz。

【Abstract】 The spherical titanium film, which is widely used in high frequency loudspeaker, coated withpolycrystal diamond film (DF) was prepared for the first time in China DC arc plasma jet. Its acousticperformance was remarkably upgraded after diamond film coating, as confirmed by Raman Shift spectrumand frequency response curve. Its sensibility was improved by 3-6dB and frequency widened by 5kHz.The frequency region extended from 2.2kHz to 25kHz.
