【摘要】 用人胎肝肝细胞生长因子(hepatocyte Growth Factor,HGF)粗品与胶乳制成混合抗原,注入日本大耳白兔后获得抗HGF抗血清,经直接酶联法测定所得抗体滴度为1:100000。包被HGF纯品做直接酶联试验结果以及Dot-blot和人胎肝cDNA文库筛选结果均为阳性,中和试验抗血清可明显阻断HGF活性,证实抗血清具有抗HGF活性。更多还原

【Abstract】 The partially purified human hepatocyte growth factor (hHGF) was mixed with latex, and used to immunize rabbits. The serum obtained was assayed by ELISA with an antibody titer of 100,000, and further identified by both dot blot with completely purified hHGF and immunologic screening of human fetal liver cDNA library. Bioactivity assay indicated that the prepared serum contained neutralizing antibody against hHGF.更多还原
